Terms of service

Who we are

NoLimits Development makes and sells resources for FiveM roleplay servers. Checkout, payment and billing are handled by Tebex, which acts as the reseller for every order. Tebex's own checkout terms apply to the payment itself.

What you buy

You buy a licence to use a script, not ownership of it. Every purchase is delivered to the Cfx.re Keymaster account you logged in with at checkout.

• Escrow versions are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow and only run on servers linked to your Keymaster account. Config files, translations and bridges stay editable.
• Open source versions include the full code. You may edit them for your own servers.

What you can and can't do

• Use the scripts on servers you own or manage.
• Edit open source scripts for your own use.
• Do not resell, share, leak, re-upload or redistribute any script or its code, edited or not.
• Do not remove licence notices or try to bypass asset escrow.

If we find a script being leaked or resold, we may revoke the licence in Keymaster and remove access to support.

Limitless

Limitless is a monthly subscription to the escrow version of every NoLimits script, both custom MLOs and every new release while you are subscribed. It renews each month until you cancel. When the subscription ends, the Limitless scripts stop working on your server.

Limitless Forever (the All-In-One Bundle) is a one-time purchase of every current script in escrow. It does not renew and the scripts stay in your Keymaster.

Updates and support

We fix bugs and release updates through Keymaster. Support is given through tickets in our Discord and covers installing and using our scripts as shipped. We can't guarantee compatibility with every third-party resource or heavy custom edit.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are covered by the terms in place when you bought.
