Refund policy

When we refund

If a script does not work as described on its product page and our team cannot fix it, you can get a refund. To qualify:

• Open a support ticket in our Discord within 14 days of purchase.
• Give us the chance to fix it. Most issues are setup or dependency problems we can solve together.
• Use a supported framework and the requirements listed on the product page.

When we don't refund

• You changed your mind, or bought the wrong script or tier.
• The script works as described but doesn't fit how you want to use it.
• The problem comes from edits you made, an unsupported framework, or a third-party resource.
• Open source versions, once downloaded, since the full code has already been delivered.

Limitless

You can cancel Limitless at any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the current month after it has started. Your access continues until the end of the month you paid for.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a payment. If a chargeback is opened, the licence is revoked in Keymaster and access to support is removed while it is open.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through Tebex to your original payment method. The licence is removed from your Keymaster once the refund is processed.
